The Port-A-Guard Escalator is designed for closing off escalators and elevators during servicing or breakdowns. To operate, simply secure suction cups to one side of the opening and expand until suction cups contact the opposite side of the opening. Press into place. Gas struts maintain pressure on suction cups ensuring the unit stays in place. To remove, break the seal on the suction cups and close unit to remove.
