The unique Dockless Trailer Loader delivers outstanding product loading performance and value in small/medium warehouses without loading docks. It can provide a trailer penetration of 8.5 metres with a productive 22 m/min. belt speed.

It is simple to operate and the 200mm locking castors make it extremely easy and safe to manoeuvre for multi door situations. The addition of gravity skate wheel or powered roller tongue extension makes them ideal for 6 & 12 metre containers & trucks and they easily connect to the Bestflex flexible conveyors for continuous conveying.

It has an effective width of 600mm, constructed from heavy gauge fabricated hollow steel section, powered by a 240volt, 0.37kw drive and fitted with a two ply, high grip, rough top finish conveyor belt. Forward/Reverse/Stop Controls located on both sides of the in feed boom. Weight 950kg.
